I am  slowly becoming obsessed with culottes pants.Well, some would call it three-quarters pants or cropped wide leg palazzo...lolz .The skirt-shorts trend is a more practical alternative to breezy maxi dresses and skirts, allowing you to wear this trend without ever accidentally flashing more skin than we want to. With lengths and widths to suit every body type,it  can be styled  from edgy to soft and romantic.Culottes look great on everyone,even plus size ladies! It's just a case of finding the pair that's made for you. 

What is even more exciting is that as this trend is emerging on the straight side of  80's and 90's fashion.Let these looks  will inspire you to try and tush up this trend. I envision this as the perfect alternative to the midi skirt and to wide leg pants.

You can rock this outfit  with stilettos and a tee, a blazer and a pump, or a fitted crop top and strappy heels. It is all about options and variety here. There is something quite polished, sophisticated, edgy, sporty, and sassy about these… and yes, they are not for everyone or everyone’s style.

Nicki Minaj & Meek Mill Split? She’s Furious He Put Drake Drama Ahead Of Her.

A shocking new report claims Nicki Minaj dumped Meek Mill over his feud with her friend, Drake, and though it hasn’t been confirmed yet, we learned Meek and Drake’s beef put a serious ‘strain’ on their relationship. How unfortunate.

Meek Mill, 28, and Nicki Minaj, 32, have reportedly broken up, a new report claims, and his beef with Drake, 28, may be the reason why.

“Just when she got finished with the Taylor Swift controversy, Nicki was thrust into the beef between Meek and Drake. She is mad at Drake and Meek for having this beef and To Nicki, it looked like Meek chose the beef over their relationship and it didn’t do any favors for Meek,” 

Just in case you missed the whole drama, Meek first dissed Drake by accusing him of not writing his own lyrics. Drake then fired back with an Instagram post. Meek later apologized, but Drake kept going and released a diss track, titled “Charged Up.” He then released a second song, “Back to Back,” which targeted both Meek and Nikki. Meek finally shot back with a diss track of his own, but Drake laughed it off with a funny Instagram post. The way things are going, we don’t see this feud ending anytime soon. Jeezz! BUBBLES MANICURES:THE LATEST NAIL ART TREND

It's not often that we see a beauty trend that makes us gasp in shock, but that's what happened when I saw hump nails or whatever its called  for the first time. Also known as bubble nails, these nail art creations are made by layering globs of acrylic on top of the nail in a dome shape. Then the tips are either kept short (bubble) or elongated (hump).

Super long fake nails are already difficult to work with — but adding a extra ,extra layers of acrylic makes them seem even more challenging. Is it weird to text? CUFFLINKS : WHAT THEY TELL ABOUT YOU

I’ve written about the when to wear cuff links in a previous so in this post, I’m going to discuss the impression your cufflinks give people around you.

This post was triggered by a business networking event I attended sometime ago, where I was able to take a survey at the men at this function and  distinguish, with high accuracy, the status of people in their line of work through observation. However,my closer observation of their dressing made me realize that the style of their cufflinks factored in my assessment of their social standing. Here are my observations -

THE INTERN CUFFLINKS

Some men ( younger) at the event were wearing silk knots on their french cuffs shirts. These are cufflinks made of yarn that normally have multiple or plain colors  and immediately upon seeing them, I placed this group of people into ‘The Intern’ category. Why do I say this? Silk knots are the most affordable cufflinks you can get, and great at informal events or at the office on a regular basis, but at a business event, it clearly puts you lower on the social ladder.

THE EXECUTIVE CUFFLINKS 

This is the group of people I call ‘The Executives’. These guys were wearing mainly metal cufflinks,  These type of cufflinks normally have design on one end – with the other end being either bullet-shaped or shaped like a ‘whale-tail’ – both of which flip to make it easy to wear the cufflink. These cufflinks are definitely a class above silk knots and considered acceptable for a business event.

THE 'BOSS' CUFFLINKS

Whenever I saw a unique cufflinks that were understated, yet elegant, I tended to group the person into ‘The Boss’ category – by which I mean someone of status within their business with decision making powers. Handcrafted cufflinks can be like heirlooms – made from precious metals or pearls – and are usually a single piece with designs on both ends.

Dont get me wrong oh!Of course, there were Executives who had unique cufflinks like a Boss at the event. There were even Interns with good fashion sense.What I mean is that cufflinks certainly make you stand out.Also, knowing how to dress for such an event and knowing how to look out for to find the right group of people to network with through subtle means such as their accessories can certainly be helpful.

FACEBOOK FOUNDER MARK ZUCKERBERG AND WIFE EXPECTS 1ST BABY!

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Dr. Priscilla Chan, just announced that they are expecting their first child together. Zuckerberg announced it on Facebook, of course, and posted an adorable photo with their dog, Beast, who looks like the cutest mop ever. (Beast has his own Facebook page, which you need to check out !lolzz.) 

Zuckerberg and Chan also shared that the pregnancy came after years of trying and three miscarriages. "You feel so hopeful when you learn you're going to have a child," Zuckerberg wrote. "You start imagining who they'll become and dreaming of hopes for their future. You start making plans, and then they're gone. It's a lonely experience." He says that the pregnancy is far along now and that the risk of loss is low. Chan and their future daughter are both healthy.

This Woman Is A Vagina Weightlifter. When I Saw How Much She Could Pick Up I Was In SHOCK!

Meet Kim Anami, a professional vagina weightlifter who embarked on the European leg of her “Vaginal Kung Fu” world tour. Anami, counts her ability to shoot ping pong balls from her vagina among her many vagina-based skills including opening beer bottles.

 Life coach and sex therapist Kim Anami recently gained internet notoriety due to her #thingsIliftwithmyvagina Instagram hashtag, which is exactly what it sounds like.

Kim says Weight lifting with the vagina is not as difficult as it sounds: To do so Anami ties objects - most recently a model of an Oscar, once an entire surfboard - to a jade egg which she then inserts inside herself.

Kim’s looking for new things to lift, and new places to lift them.....lol.

AMAZING: PHOTOGRAPHER CAPTURES HOT PIX OF AMPUTEES& WOUNDED VETERANS!

Photographer Michael Stokes took some pretty amazing photos of veterans and the internet is blowing up over it. And, after seeing the photos, you'll understand why because these guys are looking all kinds of sexy.

Michael Stokes is a photographer from California and his new photos surfacing of wounded veterans are extremely powerful.

Stokes was taking photos of a wounded vet, but instead of photographing him the way a lot of disabled vets are photographed, stokes says he took photos like he would for any other fitness model.

Stokes is being applauded for his work's positive imagery and said in an interview with MTV that, "Some people will say to me 'Oh, this is really helpful to [the veterans'] self-esteem,' or, 'You're making them feel like men again,'" Stokes responds to that idea by saying these veterans already have all the confidence they need - he simply captured it on film.

Stokes said, "Most...amputee photos...emphasized the lost limb, and that the mood was often sorrowful." But after first photographing the visually confident U.S. Marine, Alex Minsky, (pictured in first pix, on the left) who had been injured in a roadside bomb in Afghanistan,

"These guys have come to me very healed and ready to take the world on. I'm not giving them back their confidence, they already have it." -Michael Stokes

MAN WITHOUT LIMBS:"Nick" Vujicic expects second baby!!!

Nicholas James "Nick" Vujicic is an Australian Christian evangelist and motivational speaker born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the absence of all four limbs. As a child, he struggled mentally and emotionally as well as physically, but eventually came to terms with his disability and, at the age of seventeen, started his own non-profit organisation, Life Without Limbs. Vujicic presents motivational speeches worldwide which focus on life with a disability, hope and finding meaning in life.

When he was seventeen, he started to give talks at his prayer group and later founded his non-profit organisation, Life Without Limbs.

Today he is happily married to his wife, Kanae .They have a very cute son and the family is also expecting their second child, Dejan.God is awesome!!Congrats Nick. Your life is indeed an inspiration to others.

Plaid Suit Jacket

A plaid suit jacket is probably not something many would consider for formal wear – but if you want to go for a retro formal look, a subtle or a darker colored plaid pattern would look really good. The main thing to take note of when wearing a plaid suit jacket is pattern layering with no clashing patterns – use a solid colored dress shirt and khaki chinos or black pants. That being said – full plaid suits do exist. In fact, I’ve seen men pull off a 3-piece plaid suit, so if you’re a guy who likes to stand out, I say go for it!

The plaid dress shirt is perfect for casual wear or even business casual (see image above). In fact, wear a more subdued color pattern, and it can be great for work as well. The one thing to note is the color combination used for the tie and the pants. Solid colors for the tie – which can be one of the less prominent color within the plaid pattern – and the pants to ensure you look sharp rather than jumbled up clash of patterns lolzz!.

Guys! your wardrobe should also expand to include plaid shorts as an option for those hot weather days or a casual day out. Think about plaid shorts with a solid light cotton shirt or t-shirt,maybe black or white color. You can wear them with your slippers to the beach or just your slip-on shoes and you’ll be ready to go out and enjoy the cool breeze hanging out with friends or family.

HAS A PIECE OF MISSING FLIGHT MH370 BEEN FOUND?

More than a year after Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 mysteriously vanished en route to Beijing, a piece of the plane may have finally been found.

A ten-foot long fragment, which appears to be a flap from an aircraft, was found Wednesday morning off the coast of Reunion island, a French territory east of Madagascar in the Indian Ocean.It was covered in shells, so one would say it had been in the water a long time.

However, officials said it's too early to tell if the piece of wreckage comes from the lost aircraft.

MH370 went missing on March 8, 2014, after taking off from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The jet, which was carrying 239 people, was intentionally diverted from its flight path that night, officials said, flying off course for several hours before disappearing from radar entirely.

At the time, there was speculation that the plane had been hijacked, but that was never proven. In late March 2014, investigators concluded that the plane had ended up in the Indian Ocean – and that all of its passengers were likely dead. 

However, ships continued to comb the Indian Ocean, searching for any sign of the aircraft, as recently as May.

With the possible discovery of a fragment of the plane comes the hope that investigators will finally be able to determine what happened to the ill-fated flight. But for now the families of the 239 passengers are just looking for some measure of closure. 

IS KENDRA WILKINSON TRYING TO GET BACK AT HANKS FOR CHEATING ON HER?

Just when you thought that things with Kendra Wilkinson couldn't get any more dramatic -- just when you thought that surely she's had her fair share of marriage issues that were publicized on reality television -- when you thought that she and her husband, Hank Baskett, had healed after those super sketchy cheating rumors, something like this happens.

"The new season of Kendra's show, "Kendra on Top," and all of the nonsense it contains in order to make you want to watch it ,is a complete train wreck.
It seems like the plot for this season centers around Kendra's cheating instead of Hank's. Not that she necessarily cheats (yet), but that sure is what the trailer for the new series is pushing. Kendra texts other guys, hangs out with other guys, and, at one particularly questionable point, finds herself lying on top of one of those guys. She says that she deserves "some fun," and that while she knows that this behavior could be "dangerous" for her marriage, "for some reason that danger just feels good." It's really not looking all that great for our girl here.

There's an old saying that applies here that goes "two wrongs don't make a right," but a more specific one that we could try to put into rotation is "cheating on your husband after he possibly cheated on you doesn't make a right and instead maybe you should just consider the possibility that this relationship has run its course." It's pity1 i really loved this couple.Wish there was a magic wand that ll make every hurtful memory go away. Well all the best Kendra..we ll be watching!
